The 104th Annual Headwear Association Dinner
It was a glorious night at The Central Park Boat House when nearly 200 THA members gathered for the 104th Annual Dinner. For the first time in the history of the THA, a woman president was inducted. Stephanie Carter, of Wallaroo Hats, took that honor.
